Sweetie Soother™ Orthodontic Pacifier Care & Use

Before first use, place pacifier in boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and squeeze any water.

Clean pacifier before each use with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not clean with abrasive cleaning agents or antibacterial cleanser.

Inspect pacifier and nipple before each use for signs of wear. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness.

1. Order & pick up in store, Pine Centre Mall (Prince George, BC). 
2. Order & delivered within 5-10km of Pine Centre Mall.
3. Order & shipped to you. 

During our business hours, orders are picked promptly (within 2-3 hours) - or at the beginning of the day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up or being shipped.

In store orders are held for up to one week before we wonder if we can get you your products in another way! 

Deliveries are done in conjunction with other errands and task and can be quick or delayed depending on unpredictable situations. From time to time, delivery service will be unavailable. We offer a tiered delivery system,:

• FREE Delivery within 2.5km of Pine Centre is also available on all orders. Because then I can drop it off on my way home from work or picking up the kids from an activity. 
• $5 Delivery above 2.5km of Pine Centre Mall on orders over $50
• FREE Delivery within 15km of Pine Centre Mall on orders over $100.

Not all products can be shipped to the USA. We do not ship international due to the costs and limitations available. 

Packaging - Nest & Sprout repurposes packaging to reduce costs and environmental impact. You might get your order in a box from another big brand or manufacturer. If you'd like ensure specific type of packaging for a gift or other, please email us or leave a comment at check out and we'll work with you. 

Courier - All orders are shipped standard via Canada Post. We may use a courier if its a better fit. We do our best to ship out items as soon as the order is received. Please allow 4-10 days for receipt of your items. Orders shipped within BC typically arrive within a few days, whereas orders shipped to the East may take up to two weeks to arrive. 

Expedited Shipping - You can select expedited shipping at check out. If the cost for me to ship in your timeline is less than expected, you will be refunded the difference. You can email shop@nestandsprout.ca to discuss other shipping challenges or requests.  

Nest & Sprout is not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to delays during or around holidays

Did you know that soothers and pacifiers should be replaced every 4-6 weeks? Regular use breaks down natural rubber latex and silicone, paired with chewing and sanitization protocols, regular replacement is recommended for the safety and hygiene. 

You can now set up a subscription to replace your pacifiers every 6 weeks. We will try our best to replace the same product, but from time to time, we may ask you to choose another colour combo. You can always update your subscription and change products.

How do I sign up for a pacifier subscription?

When choosing a pacifier, you can simply select a Purchase Option prior to adding to your cart. You can select a 4 or 6 week schedule that suits your needs. 

We will notify you by email (@sealsubscriptions.com ) a few days before, and then you'll be automatically charged for the replacement. 

Pause or Cancel

With our pacifier subscription you can easily skip or cancel your schedule through the magic link in your email. 

Out of Stock! 

This can happen. We'll reach out to you and ask you to make a secondary choice. This is most common with rare colours of Bibs Soothers, but can happen with other popular Itzy Ritzy choices. 

Can I add more to the order?

Yes! Of course. If you'd like to take advantage of your subscription shipping fee and add more products to your regular order, just place subsequent orders around the time of your subscription. You can use code 'HOLDMYORDER' to notify of us that you want to combine shipping costs.

You can also email us directly, and we can add the items to your cart and invoice you as needed. If you exceed $125, we'll refund you the shipping costs.
