Shopping in store? Ask our team to redeem your points at checkout. Don't redeem your coupon online at home first — it'll glitch your balance.

FAQs

Do points expire?

Points reset to zero after 24 months of inactivity. You'd have to completely stop shopping with us for two years.
Can I combine rewards with other discounts?

No. You cannot combine with other promotional offers, vouchers, or coupon codes — like 25% off days or automatic promotions. We love you, but we can't give it all away for free. It's one or the other.
Can I earn and redeem both online and in store?

Yes — use the same email or phone number in store when shopping and your account will stay the same. Just remember, if you're redeeming in store, ask our team to do it there rather than redeeming the coupon online first. It's easy for this system to glitch.

wouldn't it be lovely if it was all the same and streamlined? Our points program is through a secondary app, you'll have to view the information in the widget in the corner.

I have a points question that's not answered here.

Reach out any time — we're happy to help sort it out. Best to reach out to Bailey directly at shop@nestandsprout.ca, because this is a great system, but there are some technicalities and glitches that like to happen.

Jan & Jul Urban Xplorer Sunglasses - Peachy Pink Aurora - Nest and Sprout - Jan & Jul

MADE FOR THE NORTH

We're a Prince George shop through and through — built for muddy boots, snow gear that actually gets used, and the reality of dressing kids for a Northern BC winter (or summer, or the 20 minutes in between). Sprout Rewards is our way of making that a little more affordable, one point at a time.
