Points reset to zero after 24 months of inactivity. You'd have to completely stop shopping with us for two years.

No. You cannot combine with other promotional offers, vouchers, or coupon codes — like 25% off days or automatic promotions. We love you, but we can't give it all away for free. It's one or the other.

Yes — use the same email or phone number in store when shopping and your account will stay the same. Just remember, if you're redeeming in store, ask our team to do it there rather than redeeming the coupon online first. It's easy for this system to glitch.
