How to Use Store Credit at Nest + Sprout

Step 1: Move Your Store Credit to Your Online Account

If you’ve earned store credit through consignment sales or other rewards, the first step is to have it added to your Shopify account. You can request store credit for consignment earnings at anytime - you can also request to have ALL YOUR ITEMS cashed out for store credit.

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to Bailey (or our team) to cash out your consignment earnings and transfer the amount to your Shopify account. This step is required before you can use the credit online or in-store.
  2. Wait for Confirmation: Once your store credit is added, you’ll can use.

Step 2: Using Your Store Credit Online

    1. Log In to Your Account

      • Visit www.nestandsprout.ca.
      • Log in to your customer account. To access your account, click on account on the top right corner of the webpage.

        • Your account may be connected to your Shop Account, and log in that way. Or choose to have a link sent to your email.
        • Important: use the same email for store credit and shopping.
    2. Add Items to Your Cart
      1. Shop as usual and add items to your cart
      2. When finished, move to checkout.
    3. Apply Store Credit at Checkout
      • At checkout, look for the Store Credit section.
      • If you don’t see it immediately, scroll to "payment method" and click the arrow to open up the payment options.
      • You'll then find Alternate Payment Methods, and the store credit option should appear as an option reading "Apply Store Credit"
      • Click Apply Store Credit to use the full amount available.

      Note: Store credit must be applied in full—you can’t use a partial amount.

    Step 3: Using Store Credit In-Store

    You can also use your store credit for purchases in-store!

    • Let Bailey (or a team member) know at checkout, and we’ll manually apply your store credit to the transaction. We need to look up your account and take the number and move it into POS.
    • If you need to cash out your store credit, give us a heads up upon entering the store.
    • Store credit doesn’t sync automatically with our POS system (yet), so we’ll assist you in applying it.

    Check Your Store Credit Balance

    You can view your store credit balance anytime by logging into your customer account at www.nestandsprout.ca and navigating to your account details - click profile and you'll find your details and the Store Credit history.
