Shipping & Return Policy

We've made an effort to provide detailed descriptions for each item, aiming for accuracy, although we're only human and can slip up occasionally. If you have any concerns or questions about sizing, fit, or function please reach out prior to purchase. We can send you measurements, provide insight, and ensure you're making the right purchase. 

General returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. 

Please contact Nest + Sprout (shop@nestandsprout.ca) prior to making a return with the following information:

  • your order #
  • the items you wish to return and/or exchange
  • any photos of defects

You are responsible for the shipping costs back to Nest + Sprout. We suggest items are shipped using tracking and/or insurance. If you send the package without tracking, there's a chance we might not get it. Unfortunately, we can't give refunds for items we don't receive.

Items eligible for return must be in the same condition they were received, unused with the original packaging and tags. Intimates and clearance items are FINAL SALE. 

If your order qualified for free shipping and the return of the item changes your original order total so that it is below the minimum price point for free shipping, we will deduct our actual original shipping cost from the sum of the price of the returned item. 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is an administrative fee to cover costs associated with the processing the order. Even if we have not shipped your order, your order has resulted in payment processing fees. This restocking fee may be waived or reduced at the discretion of the shop. 

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed. Credit card processing times can vary, and if you paid using PayPal or Sezzle; additional delays can be incurred to refund the amount.
