Introducing the Hunter Over Bump Maternity Jean from Ripe Maternity - the go-to everyday spring denim style. These classic fit jeans feature a flattering straight leg and a comfortable over-bump jersey knit waistband. Made from velvety-soft stretch denim, these jeans are perfect for all-day wear.

Crafted with a relaxed fit, these maternity jeans are made with 93% cotton, 6% polyester, and 1% elastane. They come in a crop length of 28" (71cm) inleg (size small) and have a front rise of 36.5cm (size small) and a leg opening of 33cm (size small). Our model is 176cm tall, has an 84cm bust, 68cm under bust, and 97cm hips. She is wearing a size small.

When shopping for maternity clothes, look for the size you wore before you were pregnant.

This applies to the vast majority of maternity clothing, but some exceptions do apply so check the sizing chart and description user feedback for additional sizing information.

Designers of maternity clothing make it easy for you to find your size by using your pre-pregnancy sizes and numbers.

If you wore Medium-sized shirts before pregnancy you’ll want to shop for medium-sized maternity clothes.
Same goes for numbered sizes; size 12 pre-pregnancy? Look for size 12 in pregnancy clothing. If you come across jeans that are labelled by waist size, (such as 34”) shop for your pre-pregnancy waist size.

True, your waist probably is no longer the same size but the clothing designers have taken that into account with stretchy designs, and slightly larger fit.

As the owner of Nest & Sprout, maternity brands like Ripe Maternity and Alterier Veronique BC fit true to pre-pregnancy size. These are a more generous fitting maternity brand designed to really grow with you. Hello Miz is more likely to fit smaller, but some of it's stretchier fits have room in them for bigger bodies.
