In-store Pickup:
Pick up your order in-store anytime during business hours — it's always free. Place multiple orders and we’ll combine them into one bag until you visit. Most pickups are ready within a few hours.

If your order isn’t marked ready but you’re nearby, stop in — we may have just been helping another customer and can grab it for you on the spot.

🚗 Local Delivery & Pick-Up

We usually offer delivery, but we’ve been too busy to guarantee it consistently this season.

If you can’t make it to the shop:

• Ask about after-hours pick-up at my house, or
  
• I can ship most local orders for around $10, don't hesitate to choose ship at checkout instead.

Shipping is tiered based on your order total. Orders over $150 ship free (excludes oversized items).

Standard rates for orders $50–$149.99:

• BC & YT: $12.95

• AB, SK, MB: $12.95

• ON, QC: $14.25

• NB, NS, PEI, NL, NWT, NU: $14.25

Orders under $50:

• BC & YT: $16.25

• AB, SK, MB: $16.95

• ON, QC, East Coast, Territories: $19.95

Western Canada Discounted Shipping:

• $14.95 under $50

• $12.95 under $99.99

Some items may incur additional shipping charges. Oversize fees will apply and are noted on product pages.

Items We Cannot Ship Internationally:
Yoto, Olli Ella, Veer, and select others cannot be shipped outside Canada. If these items are in your cart, checkout will be restricted.

Packaging & Couriers

Eco-Friendly Shipping:
We reuse boxes to keep costs low and reduce waste. Need gift-ready packaging? Leave a note at checkout or email us.

Courier Service:
Orders ship via Canada Post (or another courier if more efficient). Please allow 4–10 business days for delivery.

• BC deliveries often arrive within a few days.

• Eastern Canada may take up to two weeks.

Expedited Shipping:
Choose expedited shipping at checkout. If the final shipping cost is less than quoted, we’ll refund the difference. For special shipping needs, contact us at shop@nestandsprout.ca.

New with Tags
For whatever reason, this item was never worn and still has its tags attached.

New without Tags
Maybe you took the tags off, your kid tried it on, hated it, and now you’ve got a brand-new, never-worn garment looking for a home.

Like New or Excellent Used Condition
These items have been worn a handful of times. They are in impeccable condition, showing no signs of wear, stains, or pilling.

Good Used Condition
These items are gently used. They may show minor signs of wear but still have plenty of life left. This may include small, unnoticeable marks or very light wear.

Play Condition
These items are in good structural condition but may have visible stains or marks from childhood adventures. We understand that daycare and craft time happen, and we aim to rescue these pieces to connect with other families and reduce landfill waste.

Cleaning and Condition Standards

Items needing thorough cleaning will either be considered donations or earn a reduced commission of 10-20%. Help us by thoroughly cleaning items to maximize your earnings.

We Accept Play-Condition Items:

• Box Store Brands: Considered donations, added to a free bin, or priced at $0.95 per item to support operational costs.

• Boutique Brands: Assessed for resale value and priced accordingly.

Please bring all clothing ready for resale—good condition, laundered, spot-free, animal hair-free, and folded neatly with all buttons and snaps fastened. This ensures you earn maximum value.

We will consider value brands—ask yourself: “Is this something I would buy preloved?” Keep in mind that value brands are typically priced at 20% of their original retail value.

We reserve the right to reject items that do not align with our quality and brand standards. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you or donated at your request. Refer to the terms of your contract for further guidelines.
