How do I know my size? What do the M and W mean?
All our shoes are unisex and you will see that they are offered in both men’s and women’s sizing. The “M” indicates a men’s size while the “W” indicates a women’s size. For example, 6M8W would mean the shoe is a men’s 6, which is equivalent to a women’s 8!
What about C and J sizes?
We have split our children’s shoes into two categories, Child and Junior, and use C and J for shorthand! For example, “C7” means Child Size 7 and “J4” means Junior Size 4, which equates to a men’s size 4 as well.

How to Shop for Shoes Online
When shopping for shoes online for a child, follow these tips to ensure you get the right size:
-
Measure the Child's Foot: Begin by measuring the child's foot size. Use a ruler or a dedicated foot measuring tool to get the accurate length in centimeters or inches.
-
Refer to Size Charts: Check the size chart provided by the online store. Different brands may have slightly different sizing, so it's essential to use the specific size chart for the brand you are interested in.
-
Consider Growth Room: Children's feet grow quickly, so it's a good idea to choose shoes with a bit of extra room for growth. A thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the end of the shoe is a commonly recommended guideline.
-
Read Customer Reviews: Look for reviews from other parents to get insights into whether the shoes tend to run large, small, or true to size. This can be especially helpful if you're unfamiliar with the brand. We try our best to indicate any sizing recommendation in the product description.
- Brand Consistency: If you've had success with a particular brand in the past, consider sticking with it for sizing consistency. Brands often maintain similar sizing across their product range.
