Villervalla outerwear does not contain perfluorinated chemicals. Instead, a polyurethane membrane is applied to the inside of the fabric, effectively blocking water from the outside while allowing moisture and air to escape from the inside, making the garments both waterproof and breathable. Production is tested before it is sent from the supplier to ensure it does not contain perfluorinated chemicals such as PFOS and PFOA.
