Finding a nursing bra that actually fits — and that you want to wear every single day — is harder than it should be. The Hotmilk Caress FlexFit is built for exactly that: soft enough to sleep in, supportive enough for a full day out, and sized to fit real bodies from an A cup through to an I. This bra offers just much comfort as our best selling Hotmilk My Necessity, with a lower cut and softer material.
Available in five colours. Two fits. One bra worth stocking up on.
Two Fits, Full Coverage
The Caress comes in Regular and Busty — both the same bra, sized for different cup ranges.
Regular suits A to DD cup. Busty suits DDD to I cup. Both run S–XXL across band sizes 30–40 and size true, so you choose your regular size within whichever fit matches your cup range.
Not sure which fit is right for you? If you're right on the DD/DDD border, size into the Busty — the extra cup room makes a difference.

Finding the nursing bra for you
Where do I start?
The best bra to wear when breastfeeding is a nursing bra that is wire free, stretchy, and with a drop-down fastener. This type of bra should have some stretch to it to accommodate changing breast and body shape and encourage milk flow.
FAQs
Grab at least two bras! One for washing, one for wearing. You’re going to put some mileage on this
bra with cluster feeding and learning to nurse. So grab a backup for when the other is in the wash. You can also consider adding a nursing tank to your collection.
Consider buying a nursing bra during pregnancy, ideally in the third trimester, or just before the baby's expected arrival. Our nursing bras are designed to grow and change with your body with many hooks to adapt to your changing rib cage.
Having a nursing bra in your hospital bag ensures you're prepared for breastfeeding immediately after birth - including unexpected early arrivals, and to reduce all the things you need to do in the week after baby is born.
Yes! Nest & Sprout is a brick and mortar in Prince George, BC! You can shop our collection of nursing bra's at our Pine Centre location. Find our hours and contact information.
Sister sizes are alternate sizes that surround your bra size where
the cup volume remains the same.
When you go down in the band, you need to go up in the cup size to keep the cup volume the same. Then in reverse, when you go up in the band fit, you need to go down in the cup size.
You don't need special gadgets & clothes to breastfeed - but they can make it a better experience. Shop our Breastfeeding Toolbox for accessories, tools, and pillows that might help you.
