Classic Mother Goose nursery rhymes, hand-crafted into 28 basswood blocks. Each block is embossed on two sides with iconic images from beloved rhymes — then the other four sides carry the playful text of each story in Uncle Goose's original artful font. Spin the blocks to read the rhyme. Illustrated drop caps signal the start of each new story.
The soft, refined color palette and whimsical storybook font make this as beautiful to look at as it is to play with. A lovely way to introduce children to classic storytelling through hands-on play. Made entirely in the USA for ages 2 and up.
