At US 6 Youth and above, measurements align directly with adult sizing — a US 6 Youth is equivalent to a women's US 7.5–8 or a men's US 6 depending on the brand. Adult women's and men's shoes in this range will appear in this collection when they've been intentionally purchased for a child.
