Easy Care Machine Wash and Dry Low Heat

Your little one's stuffed animals and lovies hold a special place in their heart, but they often need a little TLC to stay clean and fresh. Here's a helpful guide on how to properly care for your cherished Bunnies By The Bay products.

Before cleaning, always check specific care instructions for each item and remove any loose or delicate pieces.

For machine-washable items like Buddy Blankets, Bye Bye Buddies, and more, use the gentle cycle with cold or warm water and mild detergent. Place them in a mesh laundry bag for added protection.

For surface-washable items like Stuffed Animals, use a damp washcloth with mild soap and gently clean in circular motions. Remember to air-dry or use a hair dryer on low heat.

Avoid machine-washing items with music boxes, electronics, or delicate details.

Local Pickup & Delivery

In-store Pickup:
Pick up your order in-store anytime during business hours — it's always free. Place multiple orders and we’ll combine them into one bag until you visit. Most pickups are ready within a few hours.

If your order isn’t marked ready but you’re nearby, stop in — we may have just been helping another customer and can grab it for you on the spot.

After-Hours or Local Delivery:
Need your order outside our regular hours? Contact us to arrange local delivery or alternate pickup locations. We’re happy to help.

Shipping Rates (Canada Only):
Shipping is tiered based on your order total. Orders over $150 ship free (excludes oversized items).

Standard rates for orders $50–$149.99:

• BC & YT: $12.95

• AB, SK, MB: $12.95

• ON, QC: $14.25

• NB, NS, PEI, NL, NWT, NU: $14.25

Orders under $50:

• BC & YT: $16.25

• AB, SK, MB: $16.95

• ON, QC, East Coast, Territories: $19.95

Western Canada Discounted Shipping:

• $14.95 under $50

• $12.95 under $99.99

• Free shipping on orders over $100

Oversize Items:
Some items may incur additional shipping charges. Oversize fees will apply and are noted on product pages.

Items We Cannot Ship Internationally:
Yoto, Olli Ella, Veer, and select others cannot be shipped outside Canada. If these items are in your cart, checkout will be restricted.

Packaging & Couriers

Eco-Friendly Shipping:
We reuse boxes to keep costs low and reduce waste. Need gift-ready packaging? Leave a note at checkout or email us.

Courier Service:
Orders ship via Canada Post (or another courier if more efficient). Please allow 4–10 business days for delivery.

• BC deliveries often arrive within a few days.

• Eastern Canada may take up to two weeks.

Expedited Shipping:
