How do I know my size? What do the M and W mean?

All our shoes are unisex and you will see that they are offered in both men’s and women’s sizing. The “M” indicates a men’s size while the “W” indicates a women’s size. For example, 6M8W would mean the shoe is a men’s 6, which is equivalent to a women’s 8!

What about C and J sizes?

We have split our children’s shoes into two categories, Child and Junior, and use C and J for shorthand! For example, “C7” means Child Size 7 and “J4” means Junior Size 4, which equates to a men’s size 4 as well.

When shopping for shoes online for a child, follow these tips to ensure you get the right size:

3. Consider Growth Room: Children's feet grow quickly, so it's a good idea to choose shoes with a bit of extra room for growth. A thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the end of the shoe is a commonly recommended guideline.

4. Read Customer Reviews: Look for reviews from other parents to get insights into whether the shoes tend to run large, small, or true to size. This can be especially helpful if you're unfamiliar with the brand. We try our best to indicate any sizing recommendation in the product description.

In-store Pickup:
Pick up your order in-store anytime during business hours — it's always free. Place multiple orders and we’ll combine them into one bag until you visit. Most pickups are ready within a few hours.

If your order isn’t marked ready but you’re nearby, stop in — we may have just been helping another customer and can grab it for you on the spot.

After-Hours or Local Delivery:
Need your order outside our regular hours? Contact us to arrange local delivery or alternate pickup locations. We’re happy to help.

Shipping is tiered based on your order total. Orders over $150 ship free (excludes oversized items).

Oversize Items:
Some items may incur additional shipping charges. Oversize fees will apply and are noted on product pages.

Items We Cannot Ship Internationally:
Yoto, Olli Ella, Veer, and select others cannot be shipped outside Canada. If these items are in your cart, checkout will be restricted.

Eco-Friendly Shipping:
We reuse boxes to keep costs low and reduce waste. Need gift-ready packaging? Leave a note at checkout or email us.

Courier Service:
Orders ship via Canada Post (or another courier if more efficient). Please allow 4–10 business days for delivery.

• BC deliveries often arrive within a few days.

• Eastern Canada may take up to two weeks.

Expedited Shipping:
