Before first use

Replacement

Cleaning

Silicone bottle nipples can be sterilized via the microwave method:

1. Confirm that your microwave settings are 800W (or equivalent) and that the water temperature is 100°C / 212°F.
2. Place the bottle nipples in a microwave-safe sterilization box (like a BIBS pacifier box) and fill it with water.
3. Microwave for 60 seconds.
4. Allow the box to cool before removing the nipples.
