Why you might want to hold an order?
- You are waiting on a product to arrive that is anticipated in the next two weeks, but don't want to chance this other products from selling out.
- You have a friend or family member who also wants to shop with us, and you plan to send it to the same address to save on shipping.
- Please leave additional notes at checkout and use the same shipping address where possible - or contact information of the combined order
- You're impulse shopping one item at a time until you're ready to finish shopping.
- we get it, sometimes ordering one thing at a time is easier than multiple things at a time.
This can be used for orders that are shipped from Prince George, or for local deliveries. No need to use this for pick up's. We understand that pick ups might be a moment. We'll check in with you at the two week mark to ensure you remember you have a pick up available.
What about shipping costs? You should receive an coupon code after checkout, in about 5-10 mintues. Any owing shipping costs will be refunded at the time of shipment. If your combined order exceeds $125, these costs will be refunded on each order. We used to offer a discount code, but it got taken advantage of.
Local Options
We offer in store pick up and local delivery options. Orders are free to pick up at anytime. You can place as many orders as you want for pick up - we will just keep adding them to your bag until you visit the shop.
- Pick-ups are generally ready in a few hours during regular business hours
- Pick-up not ready, but you're ready to pick it up? Stop by and we'll grab it for you. Chances are we got distracted with a customer.
- Need to pick up outside business hours? Contact us about local delivery, or additional pick up spots. We are here for you.
Shipping Information
We offer tiered shipping costs based on the amount you spend, some products do have an overcharge surcharge. Some products we cannot ship, or cannot ship outside of Canada. You will not be able to check out if these items are in your cart.
Due to increased cost of shipping, shipping prices increased 2025. We are no longer absorbing the cost of shipping products.
Order overs $175 ship free in Canada (excluding oversize). Under $175 shipping rates vary, and the following rates are expected for orders $50-174.99. Orders under $50 are charged at $12.95-19.95 CAD. The best way to shop online is to find the closest boutique to you - we might not be it and would love to help you find a closer shop
Items we cannot ship outside Canada: Yoto, Olli Ella, Veer, and others.

- $12.95 for orders to BC or YT ($16.25 under $50)
- $12.95 for orders to Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba ($16.95 under $50)
- $14.25 for orders to Ontario & Quebec ($19.95 under $50)
- $14.25 for orders to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador ($19.95 under $50)
Packaging - Nest & Sprout repurposes packaging to reduce costs and environmental impact. You might get your order in a box from another big brand or manufacturer. If you'd like ensure specific type of packaging for a gift or other, please email us or leave a comment at check out and we'll work with you.
Courier - All orders are shipped standard via Canada Post. We may use a courier if its a better fit. We do our best to ship out items as soon as the order is received. Please allow 4-10 days for receipt of your items. Orders shipped within BC typically arrive within a few days, whereas orders shipped to the East may take up to two weeks to arrive.
Expedited Shipping - You can select expedited shipping at check out. If the cost for me to ship in your timeline is less than expected, you will be refunded the difference. You can email shop@nestandsprout.ca to discuss other shipping challenges or requests.
