Need it before Christmas? Cutoff and upgrade info

Heads up: deliveries are getting tight this season with extreme weather patterns hitting the cost and inland areas. If the highways are closed, mail can’t move.

Because of this, there’s no guarantees.

If you need delivery by Dec 24:

  • Ontario & beyond — recommend upgrading to Canada Post Xpresspost or another expedited service level for arrival
  • Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba — last days to place orders are now; either get orders in by Thursday or upgrade to Xpresspost.
  • BC — aim to get orders in by Dec 21 at the latest for best chance of on‑time delivery. Regionally, things do move quick.

Our internal shipping note:
We pick up with UPS before 11 am, then we do the Canada Post drop‑off ourselves.

For rural BC postal codes, Xpress or other expedited options may not always be available; the shipping calculator often shows 4–5 days. Plan even earlier for rural addresses.
